Excellent Peruvian food! Very authentic (I'm Peruvian), and masterfully crafted and perfected flavors and seasoning. I will warn that it was quite a long wait, so not for times you're in a hurry, but it's long because they make it from scratch right in the moment, and the ingredients are of a supremely high quality. The ceviche was on point, I can honestly say the best I've had in the states. And the jalea had the highest quality sea food we've encountered yet, breaded to perfection with just the right consistency. It felt like being back in Peru itself, which was a beautiful bonus! Highly recommend from what I've tasted so far!

Absolutely love this place! Was recommended years ago by a coworker and Peruvian cardiologist! As a lone dinner I am always treated as though I was a large party. The staff is all wonderful. Great place to brush up or learn Spanish too. Wish I knew more.
Owner/boss man is super cool. He brought me out some ceviche on the house while waiting for a Cuban sandwich that was amazing. I highly recommend coming here.
This place is DELICIOUS! If you are looking for a romantic date night, this is not your place because the place is not anything fancy. However, the seafood is really fresh and well-made. Everything comes in good portions and is seasoned well. Ceviche is one of the best I’ve had so far. If you’re not good with spice, get the spicy sauce on the side because it has a kick. Grilled shrimp was amazing, too. I will be back here!
Really great restaurant. The server was amazing, when I told him I hadn’t had ceviche he offered me a sample, turns out I really like ceviche. The flan for dessert was absolutely phenomenal.
Completely addicted to this place, I love a good local family owned restaurant. THE BEST CEVICHE IN SARASOTA!!!! Portion is absolutely massive. Taste is phenomenal. Price is unmatched anywhere in town. This place should have people lined up outside everyday. So if you’re looking for a Peruvian restaurant, this is hands-down, the place to go to. I took a friend here, for the first time, for lunch today! This was the best meal! Our waiter was so friendly and prompt to our needs!We shared ceviche, green spaghetti and steak, and flan for dessert. The ceviche was so fresh! The spaghetti was excellent 👌 (AS ALWAYS)! The steak was so tender and flavorful! And the flan was incredible! The BEST I've ever had!! (Our waiter makes the flan by hand.Its made with love)💓 El Ceviche NEVER DISAPPOINTS!! 😁
Went for the first time and had a wonderful experience. I had the small fish ceviche, and it was absolutely delicious — very flavorful, with fresh ingredients that were perfectly prepared. The service was excellent and everyone was very welcoming. Special thank you to Joseph for the outstanding service. And don’t forget to ask for Joseph’s flan — definitely a must-try!
